TV24 Desk: Protein Market Limited is organizing Hilsa Carnival and Recipe Competition in this Hilsa season. During this carnival, Hilsa from Padma river will be provided at special rates. This carnival is being organized to hold onto the tradition of Hilsa and to increase its popularity. The competition will start from 23rd August and will continue till 10th September 2021. To participate in this competition, the contestants must provide recipes which are different from the conventional Hilsa recipes. Once the food is prepared, they will have to take pictures with the dishes. They will also have to send separate pictures of their prepared delicacies. The participants can also send 10-second videos of the cooked food.
