Daffodil Computers approve 8% cash dividend

TV24 Desk: The country’s leading computer company Daffodil Computers Ltd providing total IT solution in Bangladesh held its 23rd  Annual General Meeting for the year 2019-2020 on 24 December 2020 by Digital platform. Ms. Shahana Khan, Chairman of the company presided over the meeting while Mr. Md. Sabur Khan, Managing Director of the company placed the agenda.

Annual Audited Accounts, Director’s report, 08% cash dividend   was approved by the shareholder unanimously. Where other Directors, Company Secretary and shareholders were also present in the meeting.
